Deuxave Wine Program
Partner and Sommelier Jason Irving has been quietly building an extraordinary wine program at Deuxave. Encouraged by the shared passions for French Burgundy of partners Coombs and Piccini, Irving has been amassing a cellar of stand-outs including Grand Cru Burgundy from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Armand Rousseau.
He’s also been traveling and tasting around the world assembling a cellar that will not only pair beautifully with Coombs’ cuisine, but also will give great value to his guests. Old world, new world and the Americas are equally represented. Irving has created wine pairings for each of set menus as well as for the tasting menu. His wine program has been honored with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence since 2015.
